Everything you need to know to vote in North Dakota

Do I need to Register to Vote in North Dakota?
No - North Dakota does not require voter registration.
Am I Eligible to Vote?
To vote in North Dakota, you must:

Be a U.S. citizen

Be at least 18 years old by election day

Have lived in North Dakota for at least 30 days before the election

Provide a valid form of identification
What do I need?
You can use one of the following:

Drivers license

State Issued ID

Student photo ID

Passport or federal ID

Military ID

Utility Bill (dated within 30 days)

IMPORTANT - ID MUST SHOW YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, & CURRENT ADDRESS (if your ID does not show all of this information, make sure to bring back up forms of identification) ​
