Things are changing in our fast moving office. Kate Rock has transitioned into a new role as an Independent Living Advocate. In her role, she will serve as an Aging and Disabilities Resource Link (ADRL) Transition Coordinator. The ADRL Flexible Transition and Institutional Diversion Services Program assists people with disabilities to move from congregate residential living facility back into the community. It also works to prevent people from having to move into group living arrangements in the first place.
