Join Independence, Inc. to learn ways to make your money work smarter. As prices rise, everyone can benefit from learning money tips and hacks to help keep costs down.

Participants will learn about:

• Price shopping when making grocery lists

• Benefits of ordering online for pick-up

• Benefits of buying in bulk

• Rewards apps and cashback

• Fast food hacks

We are excited to offer a hybrid class, both in person and virtual, on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. The class will be held from 3:00 – 4:30 P.M. on Zoom, or at our Independence, Inc. office, 315 3rd Ave. SW, Minot, ND 58701

Pre-registration is required. The registration deadline is Tuesday, August 23, 2022 by noon.

Eligibility:

This class is offered for all ages and is available at no cost to the participant.

Must self-identify as a person with a disability (including, but not limited to: physical disability, mental health condition, substance abuse disorder, chronic illness, degenerative disease, learning or cognitive disability, cancer, phobia, brain injury, or senior living with the effects of aging).

Must reside within our 11 county service region (Bottineau, Burke, Divide, McHenry, McKenzie, Mountrail, Pierce, Renville, Rolette, Ward, and Williams).
