About the Event
Spring is a time for renewal, growth, and expansion - we feel it in the air. We seem to have extra energy and focus to get active, take action, and create change.
Join Independence, Inc. to learn ways to renew yourself this Spring season. Learn ways to get back on track after our long North Dakota winter. Declutter your home and mind by creating a calming space and personal goals, as well as by learning new self-care techniques and how to be present in the moment.
We are excited to offer a hybrid class, both in person and virtual, on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. The class will be held from 3:30-5:00 P.M. on Zoom, or at our Independence, Inc. office, 315 3rd Ave. SW, Minot, ND 58701
Participants will discuss techniques to improve mental health and create their own vision board. For those participating virtually, kits will be delivered to addresses in Minot City Limits. Participants outside of the area can arrange for pick-up at either Minot or Bottineau office locations.
Pre-registration is required as class space and supplies are limited. The registration deadline is Wednesday, April 6, 2022, or until spots are filled.
